Our two double laser LS machines have four exchangeable build chambers that eliminate wasted time cooling parts inside the machine. This allows Synergeering to almost continuously produce parts.
Our LS machines have a continuously upgraded double laser system and closed loop thermal controls, delivering impeccable accuracy and surface quality. Synergeering produces parts that are high strength, pressure proof, petroleum insoluble, heat resistant, and extremely precise to assure fit and functionality.
From pure nylon powder, Synergeering can create flexible interior parts or biomedical marvels. We can produce many small-complicated parts or extremely large parts. Our capacity is ideal for prototyping or small production runs. Adding a percentage of glass fill can add rigidity and resilience to parts in harsh heat environments. (Other composites, colors, and flame retardants are available on special request.)
Our Large Frame LS build chambers have the LARGEST build area anywhere in the world! In one build, Synergeering can create a single portion part as large as 28" x 15" x 23" or thousands of small parts, saving you time and money.
